The following list includes all of the most common queries our customers have about our services, and is intended to make your life easier when deciding to use Furnish That Room.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Our pricing is based around a full delivery, setup and installation service in and around Liverpool and upto 20 miles. Areas outside this will be subject to a delivery charge to cover costs for fuel and the fitters. We work all over the UK with our Furniture Packages service so please feel free to contact us to discuss further if you feel that your property would benefit from one of our unique solutions. Our packages can make your property stand out from the crowd.

Who can buy the packages?

These packages have been setup primarily for property developers and landlords. However, they would also suit the general public who are more than welcome to make a purchase.

How fast can you deliver?

Our off-the-shelf ‘CORE’ packages are kept in stock and are normally good to go within 48hrs.

Our ‘PRIME’ packages normally take 7-10 working days.

All our packages can be delivered and installed anywhere in the UK. Prices on the website reflect an installation within our standard delivery area which is upto 20 miles from Liverpool. Any other areas will likely have a charge to cover fuel etc. Please call to discuss this.

Do I have to be there myself to accept delivery?

Can I customise any of the packages?

Currently we provide 8 styles of furniture packages. 4 off the shelf packages which are held in stock and can be turned around really quickly. And 4 EXCLUSIVE packages which are aimed at rental property with a higher rental yield. These can be installed within 7-14 days. All of the packages can be modfied and are fully customisable. For example – your property might have fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms…..we simply omit the Wardrobes from the package. Maybe the second bedroom would be better suited as a home office?….no problem, we can change the package to accommodate this.

You can add / change / remove whatever you think to get the best solution.

Will everything fit into my property?

Where possible we will visit the property and make a note of any areas that might that could cause installation issues. Normally we can work from architects drawings to make sure what we are quoting on will fit in the property. We will always try and advise on what will work best in the space without making the room look smaller.

Do you install everything?

Yes. Our pricing includes delivery, setup and installation. We even take the packaging debris away and leave the property ready for your tenant.

How do I order?

You can order online, by phone or drop us an email and we can call you back to take payment.

How long is the guarantee?

All of our products come with at least 1 year warranty. Some items have 2 or 3 years warranty and this infomation is clearly shown within each product.

All of our furniture packages now come with a 3yr warranty.
