Reliance House – 100 x furniture packages (phase 1 and 2)

Originally, the building was office accommodation but planning was granted and the building was converted into residential units. We also installed 2 show apartments to help the letting’s team achieve fast sign ups of tenants. This is our third volume installation for the client and we have more in the pipeline as our working relationship continues to thrive.

Phase 2 of this site is still under construction whereby 2 new floors have been added on top of the building. We are back on site end of Q4 2018 to fit out this second phase of 32 units.
